LMP Fluorcarbón s.r.l. was founded in 1966, specialising in the manufacture of PTFE-lined products. The main product range is carbon steel or stainless-steel pipes and fittings internally lined with PTFE for the transport of corrosive and/or hazardous fluids.
Features
The PTFE coating process is carried out by isostatic moulding or by an extrusion system at room temperature. This process results in high density and crystallinity of PTFE with good adaptation to steel, which provides high vacuum resistance, preventing the attack of gases and vapours.
- Temperature limits: -10 ºC to 200 ºC
- Density: 2.15 – 2.20
- Rockwell hardness: 80-95
