Website Operation To manage the proper functioning of the website and its operation: personal data will be processed strictly to the extent necessary in order to provide and guarantee the security of the application and the information, with the legal basis being the legitimate interest pursued by the controller, in accordance with Article 6.1.f) of the GDPR. The data collected will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from said purpose, taking into account the periods established in the applicable regulations.
Contact To respond to requests and/or inquiries made by the user, the legal basis for processing being the express consent granted in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR. The data will be retained until the request has been resolved. In any case, it may be retained in order to determine any possible liabilities arising from this purpose.
Sending Informative Communications and Newsletter Subscription to news, promotions, and offers from the entity, with the legal basis for processing being the express consent granted in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR.

The data will be retained for as long as the Newsletter subscription remains active or until the data subject exercises their right to object or request deletion of the data. In any case, the data may be retained in order to determine any possible liabilities arising from this purpose.
Email Management The purposes of data processing are responding to received inquiries, as well as managing the commercial and/or professional relationship, with the legal basis being the contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the data subject, in accordance with Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR. The data collected will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from said purpose, taking into account the periods established in the applicable regulations.
CV Management The data will be processed in order to handle your application and assess your profile for participation in recruitment processes.

The legal basis legitimizing the processing of personal data is express consent, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR. In the event that the entity publishes a job offer, the processing shall be lawful when necessary for the implementation, at the request of the applicant, of pre-contractual measures or for the intention to conclude a contract, pursuant to Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.
The data will not be retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless there is a legal obligation to do so. In this case, the data will be retained for a maximum period of one year.
