A Day Dedicated to Women at Synerkos

Last Friday, 2 October, the women of Synerkos enjoyed a special day at Hotel Don Jaime, designed as an opportunity to connect, learn and dedicate time to personal well-being.

During the event, Marimer Pérez and Marta Mercè gave a talk in which they shared knowledge and insights on health and well-being, creating an opportunity for conversation and learning among all attendees.

The day continued with a functional exercise session, offering an opportunity to take care of the body, disconnect from daily routines and put well-being at the centre.

To round off the day, everyone enjoyed a meal together, bringing to a close a day designed to share moments outside the usual work environment and strengthen bonds between colleagues.
